No. Both projects are open source and free to use. Mogh Technologies sells optional support subscriptions for teams who want SLAs, direct access to the maintainers, and private fixes.

Who actually delivers the support?

The maintainers of Komodo and Cicada. You are not routed through a support tier — the people who wrote the code answer your tickets.

Can we request features?
